Spring Concert tomorrow, Wednesday, May 8 at 6 p.m. in the school gymnasium. Students need to be in their classrooms no later than 5:45.
The theme is Classic TV theme songs so ideal attire would match the shows your student is singing songs from. Ribbon skirts and shirts are always encouraged as well. Grades 6, 7 and high school band should aim for all black (of any kind, jeans included).

ATTENTION PARENTS: Tomorrow, all students participating in the play "The Secret Garden" are required to remain after school from 2:30 pm until the conclusion of the second show. Parents are expected to pick up their children after the 5pm show. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
The final performance of "The Secret Garden" is happening tomorrow, April 26th. The first show starts at 1:00 pm, followed by the second show at 5:00 pm. Save the date and gather the whole family for an enchanting evening of live theater!
Auditions for Missoula Children's Theater will be on Monday, April 22 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at the White Shield School Gymnasium. Auditions are open to Grades K-12. On Monday, some students will need to stay until 5:15 pm for rehearsal. Parents will need to pick up their child after Monday's rehearsal.
White Shield School will be participating in the April 8 solar eclipse. Any cultural or traditional beliefs for the student not to participate please contact the school.

Today there was a threat at a neighboring school, so to be safe we put White Shield School and students in soft lockdown mode. All outside doors will be securely locked and students will still move about the school as needed.

Starting tomorrow any student getting on the school bus with just a sweatshirt hoodie will not be allowed on the bus. With the temperatures that will be below zero for both the air and wind chill a hoodie does not offer much protection from the cold air. All students will be required to have a winter coat on along with a hat and gloves.
White Shield School will have an early out tomorrow at 2:30pm with backetball games starting at 3:15.
